FAZURA is the eponymous brand founded by Nur Fazura Sharifuddin that was originally launched as a fashion and accessories brand, FAZBULOUS in 2010. The brand has now expanded into other product lines, such as natural skincare range; FAZURA SKINCARE, cosmetics range; FAZURA BEAUTY and a modest headscarves range; TUDUNG FAZURA.
Our brand was created with great inclusivity and diversity, focusing on a wide-range of products that are suitable for everybody. We want everyone to be included, regardless of their personal and professional background.
Affiliate Application
- By joining FAZURA’s Affiliate Program, the applicant agrees to the Affiliate Program’s terms and conditions, as outlined by FAZURA
- To join FAZURA’s affiliate program, fill out the Affiliate Application Form via affiliate link https://www.fazura.com/affiliate/register
- FAZURA reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application
- Individuals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and staff members of FAZURA are all eligible to apply
- Applicants will received notification of their application status within 3 business days of submission.
Commission
- Authorized Affliates will receive a 10% Commission for each qualified order referred via their unique affiliate link.
- You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
- Commission Payout shall be in Malaysian Ringgit. Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid to affiliates with a minimum withdrawal of RM100.
- Commissions will only be calculated for transactions that have been successfully completed.
- Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
Termination
- FAZURA reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause or for any of the following reason:
- Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, inflammatory content, etc.)
- Spamming
- Advertising on websites that include or promote illegal behaviour
- Advertising on websites that include or promote illegal beaviour
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud
- Failure to declare the affiliate relationship for any promotion that is considered an endorsement under current Malaysia Laws and Regulations, as well as any applicable state legislation.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. FAZURA retains the right to require license agreements from anyone who use our trademarks to safeguard our intellectual property rights.
- Misleading Account Tier. Any attempt to mislead or misrepresent one’s account tier status on the FAZURA eShop is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, mispresenting information, changing account settings, or participating in any other fraudulent behavior to acquire access to a higher account level. FAZURA requires all users to appropriately disclose their account tier status and follow its requirements.
- FAZURA reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
Affiliate Link
- Affiliates will be given a unique Tracking Link to promote FAZURA’s products or services which are available in FAZURA eShop.
- Affiliate can login into their Affiliate Account to get their Tracking Link via https://fazura.sitegiant.co/affiliate-login
- Affiliates are responsible for making sure that their unique tracking link is used correctly and in compliance with the program’s standards.
- The ultimate determination of affiliate tracking lies in the transactions recorded in the Affiliate Account’s Transaction History, contingent upon the successful completion of a transaction in the account.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
- Prior written consent is required for PPC bidding and is not permitted otherwise.
Liability
- FAZURA is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.
Term of the Agreement
- This agreement will begin upon acceptance of an Affiliate’s Application and will continue until terminated by either party.
- Fazfit Sdn. Bhd. (FAZURA) retains the authority to amend the Terms and Conditions of this agreement at any given time. If you find any alterations to the Terms and Conditions unacceptable, your only recourse is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your ongoing participation in the Affiliate Program implies your agreement to accept such modifications.
Indemnification
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and absolve FAZURA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their marketing and promotional activities.
